Returns Policy

1. 14-Day Return Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery for a partial refund or in exchange for store credit or a discount code for another purchase.

2. Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping Costs: We at SnapMag.shop are simply middlemen linking the buyers/customers to the products respective suppliers and hence we are not liable to cover any returns shipping costs/delivery fees if a product is found to be faulty or does not work as intended. Furthermore, if the return is due to a change of mind or other reasons not attributable to SnapMag.shop, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

6. Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a partial refund or store credit, depending on your preference.
